Group Swim Lessons
All swim lessons are taught by our American Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructors. Group lessons are for ages three - 17 and are $30 per session. For class descriptions, current hours of operation and more visit www.fairchildfun.com/pool.html. Call the Pool at 247-2242 for more info.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are on Monday and Wednesday evenings for 30 minute sessions between 6:30 - 8 p.m. This is a great way for children and adults to strenghten and develop basic to advanced swimming skills. Cost is $10 per half hour.
Lap Swim (FREE for all users)
Whether you are looking to prepare for a triathlon or just exercise, lap swimming is a great way to meet all of your fitness needs. We have fins, kick boards and pull buoys available for your use. Any time the Aquatic Center is open, a minimum of one lap lane is available with the exception of Novice Swim Team.
Open Swim (Five & under FREE / All others $1.50)
Bring the whole family!!! Open swim is a fun and affordable way to entertain all ages!
Water Aerobics (All users $2.50 / 10 Punch Card $22 / 20 Punch Card $40)
This is an excellent method of lower impact exercise which improves the fitness of your heart and lungs, reduces body fat, and tones the body. This class offers something for ALL abilities.
Locker Rentals (Day Use FREE / Individual for one month $5 / Individual for one year $50)
Pool Parties
The Aquatic Center is available for private pool parties. Pool parties are available on Saturday evenings from 6-8 p.m. and includes use of the main pool, kiddy pool, and diving board (Indoor Pool Only). Cost is $100. Make your reservation today!!!
Teen Night
FREE swimming from 6 - 10 p.m. for all teens ages 13 - 18 the first Friday of every month.
FREE Family Swim Day
Families join us the first Sunday of each month from noon - 6 p.m. at the Indoor Pool.
Baby & Me
Parents bring your baby (under the age of three) to Baby and Me class every
Tuesday at 11 a.m. Cost is $1 per pair and there is no need to register.

The Aqua Aviators
are a year round novice swim team. We focus primarily on stroke development, mastering stroke technique, and having fun while exercising. The team also competes in optional monthly swim meets in the Spokane area, where we emphasize supporting teammates and pushing yourself to achieve your goals. The kids not only gain life-long swimming skills to help maintain a healthy lifestyle, but also build self-confidence, learn the importance of teamwork, and work to achieve goals.
The Aqua Aviators like to keep swim practices fun and interesting to the kids while teaching valuable skills. Once a month we have a “fun night” such as survival night, swim in your cloths, wellness night, etc. Sometimes we like to just have fun with under the sea adventure night, swim-or-treat, and sharks and minnows.
We practice Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4-5 pm. Our team is for ages 6-18 and must be able to swim 25 meters unassisted. Monthly dues are $30 per child, and swim meets are no extra cost. For a FREE one day trial or to register ask Kristine or call the Aquatic Center at 247-2242.
Masters Swim Team
is a year round program for all swim levels. We practice Monday and Wednesday 5 -6:30 pm. The focus is on stroke development, proper stroke technique, and achieving your goals. Our swimmers range from beginners whom have never had lessons, swimmers that swam in high school and college, tri-athletes, and people working toward a healthier lifestyle. The workouts are tailored for different swim levels and goals of the team.
Our masters have the option to compete! We swim in year round U.S. Masters meets in the inland northwest. The meets are a great way to have fun with fellow swimmers on relays, show improvement you have made, or to gain experience for the swimming portion of triathlons.
Masters Swim Team is FREE for all participants! Ages 18 and up, all swim levels are welcome.

Swim Lessons

* Swim lessons are held at the Indoor Pool only until the Outdoor Pool opens.
* Registration for each swim class is continual until the lessons are full. See below class information.
* Outdoor classes will not be cancelled due to weather unless there is a thunder and lightning storm.
* Payment can be make by cash or check only.
