FitFamily
Child/Youth Programs and Fitness Programs have partnered together to promote the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and encourage Air Force Families to be active together. The FitFamily website www.USAFFitFamily.com includes resources, ideas, and goal setting tools tohelp families be active, make healthy nutrition choices and have fun. Give Parents A Break (GPAB)
is Feb. 11 from noon - 4 p.m. for children six weeks to 12 years old of qualifying parents. Registration deadline is Feb. 8. GPAB is the second Saturday of every month at the Youth Center and CDC for active duty Air Force Families.
Parents Night Out (PNO)
is Feb. 24 from 6:30 - 10:30 p.m. The cost is $20 per child for children six weeks to 12 years old. Registration deadline is Feb. 22. PNO is the third Friday of every month at the Youth Center and CDC.
FREE Deployed Give Parents A Break (DGPAB)
is Feb. 24 from 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Families with a deployed member can recieve child care for FREE (with a referral). Registration deadline is Feb. 22. DGPAB is the third Friday of every month at the Youth Center and CDC for active duty Air Force Families.

Drop your HERD off with us for awhile...
Do you need a few hours during the day to run errands without your children? Bring your children to the Child Development Center for a fun and exciting experience while you get things done! The CDC will offer a two year old and a three - five year class in the July and August Part Day Program. Call the CDC at 247-2403 for details.
