LodgingLodging accommodations are filling up fast!
When you learn that you will be PCSing in/out of Fairchild AFB, please call lodging reservations to secure a room as we are filling up fast. We even have room for your furry family member. We have 25 newly furnished units, 16 to which accommodate pets with handy kennels to secure them while you are out, and please bring your pets shot records. Let the lodging staff help make your transition into lodging an easy one. For reservations, please call 509-244-2290 ext 2120, or toll free at 1-888-AFLODGE. Eligibility/Orders

Personnel on TDY/PCS orders to Fairchild are Priority 1 for accommodations. Accommodations for survival students are for the student only. Students who bring family members will be considered Space A for accommodations unless student is TDY enroute PCS and family members are listed on orders. If accommodations are not available, Priority 1 personnel will be lodged in Contract Quarters and non-availability will be provided. Lodging personnel are available to provide any assistance you may need with your off-base accommodations.

Availability/Cost/Registration

Lodging at Fairchild consists of 283 guest rooms and 42 Temporary Lodging Facilities of which 17 are pet friendly. There is a 2 pet limit, shot records must be presented at check-in and the pet must be kenneled (kennels provided) when left unattended in the room.
Room rates range from $34.75 per night to $53.25 depending upon the availability of room types at the time of reservation. Reservations not secured with a credit card expire at 1800 on the date of your arrival. Guaranteed reservations are secured with a credit card beyond 1800, but a no-show fee will be charged if you fail to show, fail to cancel or fail to update your reservation. Ask our reservation/front desk staff the specifics of this policy. At time of reservation, the room rate to which you are assigned will be explained as will all information pertaining to your reservation.
PCS personnel are authorized to stay up to 30 days. Personnel are advised to contact Finance/Travel Pay for questions concerning re-imbursement of lodging expense. Survival students arriving from CONUS may arrive one day prior to class start date and OCONUS students may arrive two days prior to class start date.

Lodging check-out time is 11 a.m. and check-in is 2 p.m. All lodging rooms are
non-smoking and guests are responsible for room damages.

Governmentt shuttle service is available on base for official government business only by dialing 247-2244. For guests arriving at Spokane International Airport, shuttle service to the base can be obtained through "Stars and Stripes Shuttle" at 509-244-0730 or any local cab company at their own cost.
