School Age Program (SAP):
The Nationally Accredited SAP offers Before and After School care for youth in grades 1-6. Full day camps are available during the summer, winter, and spring breaks. Affiliations with the Youth Center FunBoys & Girls Clubs of America, 4H, and Air Force programming provide activities that meet the developmental needs of youth. Registration and enrollment are required and fees are based on total family income.

SAP Spring Camp Registration

Registration for the SAP Spring Camp begins Mar. 8 at the Youth Center. All registration paperwork must be submitted prior to child care. Camp will be held
Mar. 29 - Apr. 2 for ages six-12. For more information contact the Youth Center at 247-5601.

Youth Center Putting on a PlayMarch Activities

* Mar. 19, Parents Night Out ($15) and FREE Deployed Give Parents A Break to qualifying parents. Care is from 6:30 - 10:30 p.m. for children six weeks to 12 years old. Registration deadline is Mar. 17. For more information contact the Youth Center at 247-5601, or CDC at 247-2403.

* Mar. 13, FREE Give Parents a Break. (With a referral) Certificate families with a deployed member can receive child care from noon - 4 p.m. for FREE. Registration deadline is Wednesday prior (Mar. 10).

Triple Play Family DePLAYment Trip for Mar. 27:DePLAYment here

Youth Programs will be hosting a Family trip to Triple Play in Hayden, Idaho on March 27 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  This trip includes transportation and unlimited All-Day use of the Triple Play attractions including the Raptor Reef water park. ALL costs for this trip are FREE for DePLAYment Tag holders!  Non-tag holders may participate at a cost of $50 per person (Children under 2 are FREE at Raptor Reef if accompanied by a paid adult, but must pay a $16  transportation fee if they occupy a seat on the bus).  Attractions include: Bumper Boats, Go Carts, Mini-Golf, Bowling, Laser Tag, Water Park and more. Some outdoor activities may not be available depending on weather. All meals and snacks are the responsibility of the attendees.  

Pre-Registration is required and must be conducted at the Youth Center. There are no phone reservations for this trip.  Deadline for reservations is Mar. 23.  This is a family trip and there will not be any childcare or staff supervision.  All children, regardless of age, must be accompanied by an adult.  Space is limited to the first 55 registrations.  For more information contact the Youth Center at 247-5601.

DinosaursTake a trip with the Youth Center to see “Walking with Dinosaurs” on Apr. 10. The bus will pick up passengers at the parking lot across from the white house at 10 a.m. The show starts at 11:30 a.m. and is approximately two hours long. DePLAYment herePassengers will arrival back on FAFB around 2:30 p.m. The trip is FREE for DePLAYment tag holders and will cost $50 for non-tag holders. There is no discounted price for children or infants (All participants must have a ticket). Registration is on a first come-first served basis and must be accomplished in person at the Youth Center.
