The best time of day to exercise is the time when you can maintain a consistent exercise routine—not necessarily the same time for everyone. As I mentioned in my last post, the most important aspect of your program is consistency.Ensure you schedule time on your calendar to exercise, if you can schedule a regular time, this will help form a routine and you will experience better training adaptations. For example, if you work out in the morning every day, your body will adapt and you will begin to perform at your best in the morning
