Swim, Bike & Run to Victory!

Can you do a 500 M swim, 15 Mi bike and 5K run? Then make sure to register by July 19 for the Clear Lake Triathlon 21 on July 24. There is two different ways to participate. For those that can do it all, compete as an individual for only $25 or divide up the challenges for only $55 per team of 3. Everyone receives a keepsake, lunch and chance to win a trophy. Show everyone you got what it takes with a collectors Hi-Dry T-shirt for only $15, but make sure to order yours before July 8. Better yet, earn participation points toward your Commit-to-be-Fit Challenge and Fairchild AFB Commander's Cup. This event is open to Team Fairchild ages 16 and over.

~ Arrive at 7 a.m. / Start at 8 a.m.
~ Open to DoD ID card holders ages 16 and older (ages 16 - 17 must have a parent present)
~ 500 M Swim, 15 Mi Bike and 5K Run (Individual and Team Competition)
~ All swimmers MUST complete the Aquatics Center's pre-registration Lifeguard certified confidence swim by July 21 (call for appointment 247-2242)
~ Pick-up your race package July 22-23
~ 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Individual Male and Female Over and Under 30 categories and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Team categories will receive a trophy
~ Earn participation points toward your Commit-to-be-Fit Challenge and Fairchild AFB Commander's Cup
~ Cookout and Trophy presentations following Triathlon
