92 FSS Fitness brings you another FUN challenge that starts, midnight, Friday, May 22, and ends midnight, Monday, May 25. It's open to all Team Fairchild active duty, civilian and family members. Your results will be added to your Units Commander's Cup Trophy Points. Prizes will also be awarded.
Murph Challenge
1 mile cardio (run, walk, bike)
*100 Push-ups (any variation; regular, on knees, incline/decline)
*100 Sit-ups (any variation; full range, crunches, cross body elbow to knee)
*100 Squats (any variation; full range, chair squats)
*100 Burpees / Jumping Jacks
1 mile cardio (run, walk, bike)
*Exercise total reps must be accomplished as 'rounds.' For example: 2 rounds of 50 reps each, 5 rounds of 20 reps each, 10 rounds of 10 reps each.
