CLAC is an intensive one week course that will include elements of professional military education, self-reflection, leadership development, and professional skills development to help prepare our junior civilians for advancement to positions of increased responsibility.  The course will be taught by our Airman Leadership School Cadre and a variety of other Subject Matter Experts and will include mentoring opportunities from Senior Officers, Commanders, and Senior Civilians. Who: GS 4-9 (both permanent and temp), WG Equivalent, & NAF I-III (including NF,CY, NA, NS, NL) employees who have never attended ALS. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who would benefit from professional development to help them attain that next level of responsibility.
What: This course will be a blend of Professional Military Education, Leadership development, and professional skills development to help employees grow as leaders and gain a better understanding of opportunities to advance their careers.
