One of the Outdoor Adventure Program’s favorite summer trips has been revamped! We introduce to you, LOCHSA 2.0!! This trip has been adapted to a three-day trip to include an overnight rafting experience! Plan to leave Fairchild Outdoor Rec Friday morning. We will drive to Kooskia, ID where we will stay at O’Hara campground for the evening. We will put on the river early Saturday morning and raft for most of the day on Saturday! Saturday evening will be spent under the stars at a sandbar across from Fish Creek. Sunday morning is an action-packed day of BIG Class III and Class IV whitewater rapids! You DO NOT want to miss this trip! Previous rafting experience and comfort ability in turbulent water is recommended.
