About SM&W

SM&W Funds are Non-appropriated (NAF) dollars that are used to contribute to the overall morale and welfare of the military community. Expenditures must be conservative, be in the best interest of the Air Force, and benefit the military community. SM&W funds may not be combined with UNITE Funds.

SM&W Funds

Special morale money to be used toward the following:

Wing Changes of Command $500.00
Group $400
Squadron Large Changes of Command $200.00 (>100 personnel)
Squadron Small Changes of Command $150.00 (≤100 personnel)
Retirement Ceremony $50.00
Wreath $100.00
Wing Annual Awards $50.00 gift card
Wing Quarterly Award $25.00 gift card
Key Spouse Program Volunteer Recognitions (once per year)- not to exceed $400 or $3/person

How to Apply

To apply for SM&W, complete the 92 FSS SM&W Funding Request (below) and email to 92fss.fsr@us.af.mil or bring to the FSS Resource Management office at Bldg 2040, Suite A2. Submit requests at least 10 business days prior to event to allow for processing and routing. SM&W funds CANNOT be combined with UNITE Funds or FSS Bucks.
